Making A Purchase By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the nextday-bulbs.co.uk web site.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Should you have any dificulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again.
We accept Visa and MasterCard switch and Solo.
All prices shown on the website are for online automated purchases only. We are UNABLE to process orders by phone, due to our accounting systems ALL purchases must be made online. Thankyou for your co-operation

Shipping And Handling Delivery is FREE
SMALL ORDERS
These will generally arrive via royal mail first class post.
LARGE ORDERS
If the order is a large quantity of bulbs (generally above 20 packs) this will be dispatched via nextday courier

Delivery Schedule
Please note delivery times quoted are, "working / week days", if your delivery / purchase day falls on or includes a weekend or Bank holiday please add 2 days to your estimated delivery time
Deliveries to other Worldwide destinations can also be arranged for an additional fee. If you would like goods shipped to other worldwide destinations please call our helpline on for more advice.
If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund. (Please note orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will not be delivered before the following Monday unless special arrangements are made)

Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. Returns Policy If a item is delivered that is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered.
